→ From concept design to CNC files and flat-pack kits.
→ Built for efficiency, precision, and seamless manufacturing support.
We are a digital manufacturing partner for campervan makers. We engineer production systems — 3D design, CNC-ready files and flat-pack kits — that help workshops build faster, cut errors, and scale without adding risk.
Bringing concepts to life through detailed 3D modelling and realistic visualisations — so the build is approved before a single panel is cut.
True-to-scale, real-material renders and a final-product presentation dossier — the visuals that sell the build to your clients before production starts. Finishes, materials, lighting: your client compares options on screen, not on plywood.
Production drawings, DWG cut files with hole positions, and a numbered flat-pack kit delivered with its own assembly book — engineered to the millimetre so your team builds without measuring a thing.
Not ready to commit a full van? Start with a single-module pilot. Send us the measurements of a module you're building right now — a kitchen unit, a drawer stack, a bed frame — and we engineer it end-to-end: full 3D model + CNC-ready cut files, at a module-sized price. Cut it, fit it, compare the build time. Then scale to the full van.
A sketch and tape-measure dimensions of one module you're building this month. That's all we need.
Within days: a fully engineered 3D model and cut-ready DWG files, holes included, nested for your sheets.
Drop the files on your CNC, assemble the numbered parts, and compare against your usual build time.
One system, three stages — from a design your client signs off, to a kit that slots into the van in days, not weeks.

Included in every CNC + Instruction Book package.

In a manual fit-out, the hours don't disappear at the saw — they disappear in the van: measuring, scribing, test-fitting, recutting, and waiting for the one person who knows how it all goes together. The kit + book system removes that entire layer of work.
Every part arrives cut, drilled and numbered — A1 to G1, matched to the book. Nobody stands in the van with a tape, a pencil and a maybe. The hours you spend scribing panels against the shell simply don't exist anymore.
The book replaces know-how. Parts list, exploded views, assembly order — your newest hire builds the same kit your best cabinetmaker would, while your best cabinetmaker does the work only they can do. The bottleneck is gone.
Numbered parts + hole positions engineered in 3D mean first-time fits and no recuts. And van #2 is faster than van #1: same kit, same book, same result — that's how a workshop scales without hiring.
AVN Studio is founded and run by Paco, an interior designer and production engineer specialising in campervan interiors. His work pairs design know-how with fine cabinetmaking — ébénisterie trained in France — so every build is engineered with a craftsman's eye and a manufacturer's precision.
We've already engineered more than 50 interior kits across every major van platform. Each project is handled hands-on — from the first 2D layout to detailed 3D models, production drawings and CNC-ready files. No outsourced middle layer, no detail lost between design and production.
That direct, founder-led approach is what makes AVN's output reliable: consistent files, repeatable kits, and a production system your team can trust build after build.
The Renders & Product Presentation package in action.
Every AVN project is engineered and rendered in 3D first — so your client signs off the exact van, and your workshop builds from millimetre-perfect files.

Production-ready 3D, CNC files and renders — ready to build.
A hand-built fit-out costs you weeks of workshop time. The same van from an AVN kit goes together in days. Three building blocks — take the ones you need, or bundle all three.
01 Design is where every van starts. Add 02 Renders to sell it to your client, and 03 CNC + Instruction Book to build it in days.
All three blocks, one bundled price — Design + Renders + CNC & Instruction Book. Less than the blocks separately, with priority turnaround and a second revision round included.
→ Fleets, franchises or something out of the ordinary? Custom — we scope it around your workshop, not a template. Let's talk →
We send you our guided digital measurement sheet — step-by-step drawings of your van where each dimension lights up as you measure it. Your team fills it in once, inside the van, with a tape and a phone; we engineer from there. For workshops in the Byron Bay – Gold Coast – Brisbane corridor, we can also come and measure the van ourselves.
A complete production package: the full 3D model, production drawings, and CNC-ready DWG cut files with hole positions included — nested on standard sheets and numbered part by part, so your CNC supplier can cut straight away and your team assembles a labelled kit.
Yes. We deliver industry-standard DWG files that any CNC cutting service accepts. If you don't have a CNC supplier yet, we can point you to one — we work with cutting services across Australia.
You get full production rights to build from the files for your projects, covered by a clear written agreement under Queensland law. AVN retains the underlying design system — that's what lets us keep improving every kit we deliver to you.
A typical van goes from measurements to final CNC files in 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Every package includes two revision rounds, with a design review call before anything is locked in.
Packages are quoted on your van platform and scope — request a quote and you'll have a clear number quickly. On your first project there's no upfront deposit: you pay on delivery, once the work is in front of you. The maths is simple — up to 50% faster builds means the package typically pays for itself on the very first van.
Tell us about your van platform and volume. We'll map out the fastest path from design to structured assembly — usually within one business day.
