AVN Studio is founded and run by Paco, an interior designer and production engineer specialising in campervan interiors. His work pairs design know-how with fine cabinetmaking — ébénisterie trained in France — so every build is engineered with a craftsman's eye and a manufacturer's precision.

We've already engineered more than 50 interior kits across every major van platform. Each project is handled hands-on — from the first 2D layout to detailed 3D models, production drawings and CNC-ready files. No outsourced middle layer, no detail lost between design and production.

Questions workshops ask us.

How do you take measurements if we're not in the same city?+

We send you our guided digital measurement sheet — step-by-step drawings of your van where each dimension lights up as you measure it. Your team fills it in once, inside the van, with a tape and a phone; we engineer from there. For workshops in the Byron Bay – Gold Coast – Brisbane corridor, we can also come and measure the van ourselves.

What exactly do we receive at delivery?+

A complete production package: the full 3D model, production drawings, and CNC-ready DWG cut files with hole positions included — nested on standard sheets and numbered part by part, so your CNC supplier can cut straight away and your team assembles a labelled kit.

Do our files work with any CNC shop?+

Yes. We deliver industry-standard DWG files that any CNC cutting service accepts. If you don't have a CNC supplier yet, we can point you to one — we work with cutting services across Australia.

Who owns the design files?+

You get full production rights to build from the files for your projects, covered by a clear written agreement under Queensland law. AVN retains the underlying design system — that's what lets us keep improving every kit we deliver to you.

How long does a project take, and how many revisions are included?+

A typical van goes from measurements to final CNC files in 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Every package includes two revision rounds, with a design review call before anything is locked in.

What does it cost, and when do we pay?+

Packages are quoted on your van platform and scope — request a quote and you'll have a clear number quickly. On your first project there's no upfront deposit: you pay on delivery, once the work is in front of you. The maths is simple — up to 50% faster builds means the package typically pays for itself on the very first van.
