Toyota HiAce
campervan interiors,
CNC-ready.

Interior design, production drawings and CNC-ready DWG cut files for Toyota HiAce conversions — engineered to the millimetre and delivered as numbered flat-pack kits, so your workshop builds up to 50% faster.

→ Why the HiAce rewards precision

A van this tight has no room for cutting errors.

The HiAce is one of Australia's most popular conversion platforms — and one of the least forgiving to fit out by hand. Every panel has to negotiate the wheel arches, the sliding-door aperture and the curvature of the shell, inside a compact footprint where a few millimetres decide whether a module slides in or gets recut.

That's exactly what our system is built for. We survey the real datums of your van — interior width, arch positions, door openings, hull curve — and engineer every module against them in 3D. What reaches your workshop is a flat-pack kit cut from standard plywood sheets: numbered parts, pre-positioned holes, an assembly sequence. No measuring on the vehicle, no recuts.
